The design is a charging circuit that uses a reed switch and a magnet to trigger a coil, diode, and transistor into self oscillation. This is then used to pulse a 12 volt car ignition coil that runs a modified CFL bulb. The device charges like a Bedini SSG only with no rotor. Current draw is less than 1/2amp.
